Ashram Visit – GIVE Gita

May Sri Sri Radha Gopishreshtha, Sri Sri Gaur Nitai, Sri Sri Govardhan Ji, Sri Sri Jagannath, Baladeva, and Subhadra Devi, and Srila Prabhupada always shower their blessings upon you.

Please read the below guidelines carefully before pressing the Ok button.

1. सभी पधारने वाले भक्तों को वैध सरकारी पहचान पत्र लाना अनिवार्य है, तथा आगमन एवं प्रस्थान का फॉर्म भरना अनिवार्य है।
   All visiting devotees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and must register both arrival and departure details.
2. यदि आपका आगमन देर से होता है, तो कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रसाद केवल रात 9:00 बजे तक ही उपलब्ध रहेगा।
   In case of late arrival, please note that Prasad will be available only until 9:00 PM.
3. आश्रम परिसर में पुरुषों और महिलाओं दोनों के लिए केवल भारतीय पारंपरिक वस्त्रों (धोती-कुरता पुरुषों के लिए और साड़ी माताओं के लिए) की अनुमति है।
   Only traditional Indian attire is permitted for both men and women within the ashram premises (Dhoti Kurta/Kurta Pajama for Men and Saree for women.
4. कृपया अपने निवास की अवधि के अनुसार पर्याप्त वस्त्र, व्यक्तिगत उपयोग की वस्तुएँ (साबुन, तौलिया, ब्रश आदि), तथा चप्पल लेकर आएँ; आश्रम में कपड़े धोने की सुविधा नहीं है।
   Please bring sufficient clothing, personal toiletries (soap, towel, toothbrush, etc.), and slippers as laundry facilities are not available in the ashram.
5. कृपया अपना कंबल एवं चादर साथ लाएँ।
   Visitors are requested to bring their own blankets and bedsheets.
6. कृपया चप्पल, साबुन, मंजन, शेविंग ब्लेड इत्यादि साथ लाएँ।
   Please bring your own toiletries, and slippers.
7. कृपया आश्रम में निवास के दौरान महंगे या चमकदार आभूषण पहनने से बचें; आश्रम किसी भी वस्तु की हानि के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। यदि श्रीकृष्ण स्वयं आपके हृदय को चुरा लें, तो उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी हमारी नहीं होगी।
   Kindly avoid wearing expensive or flashy ornaments during your stay; the ashram will not be responsible for any kind of loss or damage to any personal belongings. Even if Sri Krishna chooses to steal your heart, it shall be beyond our control.
8. माता-पिता/अभिभावकों से विनम्र अनुरोध है कि वे अपने बच्चों की देखरेख और अनुशासन पर विशेष ध्यान दें। कृपया मोबाइल फ़ोन व अन्य उपकरणों का प्रयोग न्यूनतम रखें और इन्हें बच्चों को न दें।
   Parents and guardians are kindly requested to take full responsibility for their children's safety and discipline. Please keep the use of mobile phones and other devices to a minimum and do not hand them over to children.
9. आश्रम निवास के दौरान कृपया केवल सेवा और साधना में मन लगाएँ। फ़िल्में देखना, कार्मिक संगीत सुनना या किसी भी प्रकार के मनोरंजन एवं सांसारिक वार्ताओं से बचें, क्योंकि ब्रजधाम केवल सेवा और साधना की पवित्र भूमि है।
   During your ashram stay, please remain fully engaged in seva and sadhana. Watching movies, listening to karmic music, indulging in entertainment, or engaging in worldly talks is to be strictly avoided, as Braj Dham is a sacred land meant only for spiritual service and devotion.
10. हम यह सुनिश्चित नहीं कर सकते कि पति-पत्नी या परिवार के सदस्यों को एक ही कमरा आवंटित किया जाएगा; उपलब्धता के अनुसार उन्हें अलग-अलग कमरे दिए जा सकते हैं।
    We cannot guarantee that spouses or family members will be accommodated in the same room; separate rooms may be allocated based on availability.
11. Morning Prasadam will be served from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and Evening Prasadam from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Prasadam timings are strictly followed in the ashram. We request you to kindly adhere to these timings. Lunch or dinner Prasadam is not served at any time other than the scheduled timings.
    प्रातः प्रसादम् 9:30 बजे से 10:30 बजे तक और सायं प्रसादम् 7:00 PM बजे से 9:00 PM बजे तक दिया जाएगा। आश्रम में प्रसादम समय का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाता हैं। हम आपसे अनुरोध करते हैं की आप भी इस समय का पालन करें | इस नियत समय के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य समय में लंच या डिनर प्रसाद वितरण नहीं होता |
12. If you have chosen to stay in the ashram, please note that this registration does not guarantee or confirm accommodation. Kindly await our confirmation.
    यदि आपने आश्रम में ठहरने का विकल्प चुना है, तो कृपया ध्यान दें कि यह पंजीकरण आपके ठहरने की पुष्टि नहीं करता है। कृपया हमारी पुष्टि की प्रतीक्षा करें।
13. Please note that extension of stay beyond the selected departure date and time will not be permitted due to ongoing construction work.
    कृपया ध्यान दें कि चल रहे निर्माण कार्य के कारण चयनित प्रस्थान तिथि एवं समय के बाद ठहरने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
