Gaurannga Institute for Vedic Education (GIVE) is an international NGO, founded by His Grace Shri Vrindavanchandra Das. We, at GIVE, are a group of like-minded people, dedicated to spread throughout the world the eternal Vedic wisdom of India, the essence of which is the Bhagavad Gita. This knowledge is equally applicable today as it was, when spoken 5000 years ago by Lord Krishna to His dear friend and devotee Arjuna. It is even more required in today’s super-jet age of strife and turmoil. In pursuance to spread this knowledge, we set up our institute in 2007.
We are a part of the Hare Krishna movement started by Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (Sri Krishna Himself, also known as Gauranga Mahaprabhu) more than 525 years ago and our institute has been named after Him. Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu’s desire was that every living entity should go back home, back to Godhead by following the teachings of Bhagavad Gita.
